Where To Get Best Sniper Rifle in Far Cry 6 (MBP .50)

In order to get the MBP. 50, you will have to get to the main story Paradise Lost. This is a mission that involves you blowing up some checkpoints in the capital. Do the missions in Esperanza for Clara and you will eventually unlock this mission. Head to the mission and follow the objectives until you start blowing up check points. If you are struggling, drop the difficulty, aint no shame in doing it for one mission.

• Progress to the main island
• Complete missions for Clara
• Get the mission Paradise Lost
• Do the missions until you get to the planting explosives part
• When you plant the second explosive check for chest next to it
• Inside is the MBP .50

When you get to the second checkpoint, there will be a chest next to the spot you plant the explosive. Inside of that chest you will find the MBP. 50 sniper rifle. It can be kitted out when you get back to base, making it easily the best sniper rifle in the game. You might need some high level materials to upgrade it fully. Far Cry 6 Fishing Guide

Alright before you start trying to fish all over the place first things first. You need to find a tackle box and upgrade your line and lures. I like to go to this one here because I can air drop in and wing suit there easily.

If you have access to the Guerilla camps, get a fishing post upgrade for some extra angler gear. If you can get the gloves they will help you reel fish in quicker.

Now to the fishing itself. You can normally see the fish because the water is so clear, but if not check for ripples. If you go to a fishing spot and see nothing, cast out and reel in to see if any fish are around. Once you hook one, the real challenge begins. You need to reel it in and make sure the line doesn’t snap.

Reeling involves you holding L2 and yoinking back on the stick to move the pole back, dragging them in quicker. Priority one is watching the line, green is good, yellow is worrying, orange you need to back off a bit and let the fish pull.

You need to look at this sort of like a fight. Your main goal here is to tire the fish out, which means if the fish is pulling left, you pull right. Basically you are trying to do the opposite of what the fish is doing, but make it to the angle isn’t completely ruining your line. Maneuver the line around a bit while pulling and you will notice it goes down quicker in some spots and doesn’t even drop in others. If you can find the sweet spot, you will be able to reel it in quickly without any issues.

• Get fishing pole from main story
• Find tackle box to upgrade your fishing pole
• Upgrade Guerilla Fishing Post for Angler Gloves
• Cast out and watch your line – Green good – Yellow Ok- Orange means back off
• Watch out for rocks, boats, Amigos, and other obstacles that ruin your line
• Reel in while pulling back to get the fish

Where To Get Boom Boom In Far Cry 6

You are looking for the quest Boom or Bust, which involves you looking for some weapons in some crates. Head to the compound after you get the quest and start busting open crates. If they are locked, shoot or bust the locks off. Eventually you will find one that has some barking going on inside of it. Open it up and inside you will find Boom Boom.

• Follow the story missions until you reach the main island
• Follow the story missions until you can go to Patriotas Peak
• Do missions until you unlock Boom Or Bust side quest
• Search containers until you find dog
• Beat the quest to name him Boom Boom and have him join you

Free him and continue the quest to eventually name him Boom Boom. You only need to beat this one quest and he will become your Amigo right away.

Where To Get Chicharron In Far Cry 6

There will be a side quest here eventually called “Man’s Best Enemy”. Grab this quest and head to the marker on the map. When you get there, you will see a chicken trying to get into a cage to fight some dogs. Let the chicken in and fight along side of it to defeat all the guard dogs. When the quest is over, pick up the next one.

• Follow the story missions until you reach the main island
• Go to Camp Maximas when you can
• Pick up the side quest Mans Best Enemy
• Complete the second quest Picking Order
• Do the third quest Wingman
• Chicharron will join you

The second one if about destroying files. I don’t know if it just took a long time, or if I actually had to set stuff on fire to help. The guards kept coming and I kept shooting and eventually all the files were destroyed.

Follow Chicharron as he causes destruction for the next quest. He will break down a plaque or something, but you need to defend him. Watch out for the enemy choppers coming in on this one.

When you finally clear that quest, Chicharron will be your Amigo and you can bring him out on adventures with you. We also have a guide to find the other Amigos here if you want a hand.

Pesos is the regular currency in Far Cry 6 but Moneda is something else entirely. You can spend Moneda to buy special gear, but it’s not accepted by most merchants in the game. Only Lola is able to exchange Moneda for items. You can visit her Black Market at various Special Operations camps found at Guerrilla Hideouts. You can purchase weapons, charms, and rare resources, if you have enough Moneda.

• Moneda is rewarded when you complete any co-op activity when playing online
• Special Operations rewards Moneda for both co-op and solo play
• Insurgency offers the most with up to 2500 Moneda available each week at reset
• You need to complete Far Cry 6’s main story to unlock Insurgency

How To Farm More Moneda In Far Cry 6

The second method is doing Special Operations. These can be done both solo and in co-op. You get around 150 Moneda for each one so it’s a fair chunk but they can take 10-15 minutes to complete at a time.

The final method is Insurgency. This is a post-game feature that you unlock after you complete the game. This is where you can get a ton of Moneda. Each week an FND base is occupied and the surrounding area is filled with AA guns and roadblocks again. You get 500 for capturing the FND base. 250 for each Anti-aircraft cannon you destroy. 500 for completing the Special Operation. 250 for each Checkpoint you capture. And 1250 for completing all of the weekly objectives and taking down the target.

Hunting has long been a staple part of the Far Cry experience. It has seen minor changes over the years but it’s mostly been the same since the early days. One area that often has people stumped is getting damaged meat and goods from animals once killed. This is usually due to how you decide to kill the animals. For example, you wouldn’t expect much of a Hare to be left after you hit it with a rocket propelled grenade. It follows that simple principle.

How To Not Damage Meat In Far Cry 6

The main trick to not damaging meat when you kill animals is to use appropriate weapons. High caliber or explosive weapons often don’t do the job but more traditional weaponry is a better choice. Using items like Bows and Throwing Knives for headshots will ensure you don’t damage the meat on any animal you kill, however, that does make certain animals tough to take down.

The last thing you want to worry about when getting charged down by a crocodile or jaguar is the careful placement of an arrow shot to the head, but thankfully, there is an alternative. In any of the major Guerrilla Camp’s you can upgrade the base to include other functions. One such upgrade it the Hunter’s Lodge. The Hunter’s Lodge allows you to purchase brochures to find animals (or you can use our Far Cry 6 animal locations guide, and save the money) but it also has other functions.

If you upgrade it to level 3, the Perfected Hunter’s Lodge, it allows you to kill animals with any weapons. Explosives, rockets, 50 cal bullets, whatever you use, you will never get damaged meat again. Well, sometimes you get damaged meat if you kill a predator, but that was a previous snack – can’t do much about that one.

There are many ways to earn Moneda in Far Cry 6 but it mostly boils down to doing activities in co-op with a friend. Every action, taking outposts, completing Treasure Hunts, it all tallies up and rewards you with Moneda, you can also earn it during the post-game of Far Cry 6. So you’ve been playing plenty of co-op, maybe even unlocked Insurgency, you have some Moneda, what do you do with it?

• Moneda is a unique currency earned through co-op play and post-game content
• Moneda can be spent on the Black Market
• You can find the Black Market in any major Guerrilla Base in Yara
• Speak with Lola, marked by a star icon on the map
• Then select the Black Market tab

Where To Spend Moneda In Far Cry 6

Moneda is spent on the Black Market which can be accessed by speaking with Lola. She is in charge of the Special Operations. Special Operations in Far Cry 6 are instanced-based co-op missions that take place outside of the regular game world. Currently there are only two Special Operations missions but more will be added at a later date.

Lola can be found in any of the major Guerrilla Camps in Yara. Not the small fast travel points, the major ones. There’s one main Guerrilla Camp in each location that acts as the rebellions headquarters for that region, you encounter all of these during story progress.

Lola is marked on the map by a star icon. Simply fast travel to one of the camps and speak with her. Then, instead of selecting Special Operations, change the tab at the top and choose the Black Market. This is where you can spend your Moneda on weapons, industrial circuits, and charms.
