Special Lieutenants are powerful crew members that join the Adrestia. This Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Special Lieutenants Guide will tell you where to find some of the best crew members in AC Odyssey so you can recruit powerful Lieutenants to aid in your adventures.

Special Lieutenants are unique members of your crew that provide powerful bonuses for seafaring combat and exploration, and they can also join you in battles on land – if you have the appropriate skill. Almost any enemy in the game world can be recruited if you knock them out.

The characters you encounter, the enemies you fight, they are unique to your game world. Whereas I may find a Legendary Special Lieutenant at a camp, you may only find a common Special Lieutenant at the same camp. As such, it’s impossible to provide exact locations for Special Lieutenants for the most part.

However, there are some things you can do to increase your chances. Make sure to use the bird to inspect enemies before killing them. Bandit Camp Leaders, Mercenaries, they have a much greater chance of being a rare and valuable Special Lieutenant.

Below are Special Lieutenants that are guaranteed. This is because they are tied to side quests, story, events, other elements that remove the randomness. Note: It is usually much faster to find Special Lieutenants of Legendary Rarity by capturing Mercs, doing camps, etc.
