Near the end of the Wrath of Druids DLC, Eivor has a choice to make. Eivor promises to make it swift and then delivers the final blow, killing his enemy on the field of battle. The king is upset and mourns the loss then he destroys the powerful artifact himself. The rest of the story plays out the same. This is the more negative of both endings.

If you choose I can’t kill you
Eivor refuses to kill his enemy and asks them to join his cause by making a sacrifice. The person agrees with Eivor and destroys a powerful relic. The relic is destroyed and Eivor and the other combatant both survive, as well as another friend. The King expresses his failures of the people of Ireland and apologizes. Everyone survives and everyone is happy, this is the more positive ending.
