Sac Gamers Expo 2024 Welcomes Special Guest Darin Johnston

Featuring a distinguished career at top gaming companies like SEGA and Capcom, Sac Gamers Expo 2024 welcomes Darin Johnston to the event as a Special Guest.

Darin Johnston worked at SEGA of America for four years as the lead software tester and test department supervisor from 1993 to 1997 on over 20 titles. 

Hits include Eternal Champions, Eternal Champions: Challenge from the Dark Side, Batman Returns, Dynamite Headdy, Ecco: The Tides of Time, Sonic the Hedgehog: Spinball, Taz in Escape from Mars, Star Trek: The Next Generation – Future’s Past, Jurassic Park: Rampage Edition, Clockwork Knight 2, Bug!, and Daytona USA (let’s go away!).

Not only that, Darin Johnston also worked at Capcom Entertainment for sevn years from 2007-2014 as the eCommerce & Event Sales Manager/Customer Service Manager. While there, he created exclusive consumer merchandise for first party franchises you’ve no doubt heard of: Mega Man, Resident Evil, Street Fighter, Devil May Cry, and Monster Hunter.

Sac Gamers Expo 2024 will be held at The Scottish Rite Masonic Center in Sacramento, CA (got you covered in Google Maps!) from December 14-15.

Sac Gamers Expo 2024 attendees can also attend a concert with MC Lars, Mega Ran, Lo(u)ser, & Scarecrow Scandals at the Goldfield Trading Post December 14 as part of the the Sac Gamers Expo 2024 official “In-Between” concert seriestickets are now available.
