When you get the quest you will be asked to find four items. All of these are on the roof tops in the area. Warp to the upper warp point so you will have the high ground. You can get them in any order, but the half circle route I took went by pretty quickly. If you are having trouble reaching a a certain roof, try to climb to a higher building or use the stone wall to glide down to the one you want to go to. None of them are at the highest point so gliding is an easy way to get where you need to be.

You have one near the guild hall, one up on the wall, one near the bar, and one near the crafting station down in town. Climb up and glide around to get them all. They look like pieces of paper and a billboard sign. Not really sure how a whole sign got flung up onto the wall, but that aint our problem. Go get all the items and then return to the quest giver to get your adventure exp and other rewards.
