Where To Find Philanemo Mushroom In Genshin Impact

You can actually get the Philanemo Mushroom early in the game, but you probably didn’t even see it. Head to the windmill town on the map and then go here.

The mushrooms look like little whiteish brown flowers growing off the vines on some houses. You can normally find two or three in a little cluster of houses. I recommend going to the rooftop to help spot them. You will only need three for now, but if you run around town long enough you will be able to easily collect 10 or so within about 10 minutes. These will respawn eventually if you end up needing more down the line.

There is also this weird door that has what looks like a water symbol on it. I tried to interact with it but nothing happened. I am not sure if it is story related or not, but if you know how to get through that door leave us a comment. I want to know what is on the other side.
