If you open the Main Menu and select the Battle Pass menu, you can check your Dailies in there. Usually you get 4 new Daily Missions when it resets once each day. Each mission you complete rewards you with Battle Pass Experience Points. The Battle Pass is unlocked quite late in the adventure, approximately around Adventure Rank 20. Once unlocked, you can use the Daily Missions to progress through both tiers of the Battle Pass to net yourself some interesting rewards.

If you want to complete the Use 150 Original Resin Daily Mission, you need to search for Ley Lines. They are not a Domain so make sure your map is not on Domain Only. They look like flower icons, they are quite common and easy to see. If you highlight the Ley Line, it will tell you how much the Treasure Collection costs, a small icon that looks like a moon.
Travel to the Ley Line and interact with it. This will spawn a few waves of enemies. You need to defeat all of the enemies before a large flower spawns. When the flower spawns, you will have to spend Original Resin to open the flower. This completes the Ley Line and once you have spent the appropriate amount, you will also complete the Use 150 Original Resin Daily Mission.
