You need to follow the main story until you reach Act 2, The Rahil Kingdom Story. This is the fire place where the vast majority if not all, enemies are of the fire type. So you’ll want to bring as many Water-type monsters as you can carry as this makes progressing through this area much faster. Once you are on Act 2 follow the story until Chapter 12. Here you will be taught how to mine and gather materials. Then, in Chapter 13, you will be told about using the Processing Table. After you use the Processing Table, open it again and you will now be able to use the Blacksmith Profession to craft ingots from ores.
