Unlike previous Assassin’s Creed games, AC Odyssey handles mounts a little differently. Instead of classifying them as mounts, they are usually called Skins. They serve the same purpose however, giving your trusty steed a complete visual overhaul.
Blacksmiths sell a lot of different mounts, depending on location and events that have passed in the game. They switch and move but it’s usually not difficult to track them down.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Mount Guide – Rare
Purchase from the Blacksmith in Kirrha in Phokis for 2,000 Drachmae.
Purchase from the Blacksmith in Port of Piraeus in Athens for 2,000 Drachmae.
Purchase from the Blacksmith in Chora of Delphi in Phokis for 2,000 Drachmae.
Purchase from the Blacksmith in Myson Cave in Malis. North West area of Pandora’s Cove, for 2,000 Drachmae.
