Apex Legends: From The Rift Launching Today

The world of EA and Respawn’s Apex Legends is transcending time with the From The Rift major update launching soon today.

The following updates are coming to Apex Legends as part of the From the Rift update:

Launch Royale

Taking players back to the original Kings Canyon, players will be able to relive the Apex legacy in Launch Royale that features OG Legends, Weapons and Loot. 

No EVO Armor or Ability Upgrades will be present, tasking players to utilize just pure skill and wits to survive the Apex Games. Those that complete  Launch Royale Challenges will be able to unlock Legends and earn rewards like Apex Packs.

Lifeline Revived

The OG medic is back, revived as a frontline menace. Features include an aggressive new kit, the ability to teleport DOC to allies, and deploy an indestructible forcefield that amps up healing efficiency for one’s squad.

Rift Relics

Cosmic portals will signal a Rift Relic, packed with iconic and overpowered weapons and Boost Kits.

New Universal Melee: Raptor’s Claw

The deadliest new agnostic melee, Raptor’s Claw combines form and function without compromising competitive integrity.

A free-to-play title, Apex Legends is available fo rthe PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via the EA app and Steam.
