Once you arrive at the Power Station, read the note to start the Treasure Hunt. Reading the note you learn that the Manager is rather annoyed. The employees of the Gran Finca Power Station appear to have been breaking into his office and messing with his stuff. As a result, any further efforts to get into the office will result in legal action.

First up, you need to get inside. Check the East side of the building, just outside the search zone. There is a Grappling Hook spot that leads down below. Use that to descend and then follow the tunnels and climb the ladder to get into the building.

Then you need to clear the blockages in the pipe. In the same room as the hanging man, there is an open grate that leads down to water. Before dropping down, shoot the silver panel on the pipe to clear the blockage. Then drop down. Go to the opposite side of the room, swim across, there’s another blockage there. Then go down the stairs and swim a bit to the new wooden panel that is now on top of the waters edge.

Look to the right to shoot more blocked pipes through the grate. Once the water lowers, drop down, swim across, go up the stairs to the left clear the pipe. Down the stairs, straight across, drop down the hole, clear the final pipe. Head back up to the Control Room to turn on the switch.
