Head to the dam, you’ll find the note on the door near the North side. Read the note to start the Treasure Hunt. The note explains that the catwalk and the sluices are damaged and broken. Military supplies are said to be stored in the store room, but you need to find the key.

If you’ve got good ears you’ve likely already noticed that a man nearby is screaming for help. Walk across the dam. Partway you’ll notice that the boardwalk is broken, crumbled away into the raging waters below. You’ll also notice a man hanging dangerously from the edge. Lean down to help him up.

You fail. He falls to his death. Thankfully he was tethered so his body hasn’t gone far. Ignore it for now. Head to the other side of the dam, there’s a large building with a blue roof. Climb onto the roof and then drop onto the balcony. Look through the window and shoot the lock off the door. This will allow access from the other side.

Once inside the building, press the switch near the calendar, then the switch on the side of the machine, then turn the valve. Then press the button on the machine in the small room.

Return to the mans body and use the Grappling Hook above you and descend to where his body is to grab the key. Finally, go back to the locked room to open it.

You get a Excavation Execution Unique Shotgun.
