In the warehouse directly next to the note, there are two machines sparking power. Each machine has an electric wire plugged into the side, that’s attached to the generator outside. Detach both of the wires so that the electricity supply stops. Then, head outside to the generator.

You can now push the generator. You need to push the generator down the East road, then go South East. You want to push it past the large blue tank that has the word “Agua” written on the front of it. All the way down to the large hut. Once it’s inside the hut you should hear the power surge. Now, return to the blue tank that had the word “Agua” written on it and use the valve there to clear the fire.

Head into the room that was previously burning. At the end of the room is a grate with a fan behind it. Look closely and you can see a lock to shoot on the other side. Shooting the lock opens an access hatch on the floor above. Drop into the hatch to get the key and then open the door to get the loot.

You get a MGL-6 Grenade Launcher.
