Roguelike Deckbuilder Deathless. Tales of Old Rus. Full Release Coming December 12

A card-based roguelike designed with endless strategic variety in mind, 1C Game Studios’ Deathless. Tales of Old Rus. will leave Steam Early Access on December 12.

A highly fantastical reinterpretation of Slavic folktales and classic 1960s animated works, Deathless. Tales of Old Rus. will let players choose their own adventure as they combine, customize, and collect all manner of cards and weaponry.

The 1.0 launch will give players the chance to fight Koschey the Deathless and conclude the main story of the title.

The team had to say the following:

“During Early Access, the game managed to accumulate an active player community which was especially impressed with the game’s gameplay and replay value, authentic characters and locations of Belosvet, and the signature soundtrack.

We are extremely grateful to our community for their support and feedback. Every comment, idea, and suggestion helped us create the game that inspires and excites”, said Denis Maltzev, the game’s producer.

In the final version of the game, players will be able to challenge Koschey the Deathless and learn how the story ends.

Thank you for the support during the EA!”
