Retro-Inspired Fighter Blazing Strike Now Available

Now available for PC and consoles, Numskull Games and Aksys Games’ retro-inspired fighter Blazing Strike is here.

Blazing Strike has been designed to channel the excitement and nostalgia of 2D pixel art fighters, all while incorporating a unique game system that pays tribute to modern mechanics.

To really bring the experience to life, Blazing Strike features a colorful cast of 14 unique characters, a full story mode, and a rush system that changes the way players approach each battle. 

Online players are covered as well, as Blazing Strike features rollback netcode to ensure smooth play.

Creator Mark Chung said the following:

“My vision with Blazing Strike is to make a fighting game enjoyable for all gamers, regardless of their experience in the fighting game genre. Let’s bring back the nostalgia from the 90s and make it fun to play today!”

Note that Numskull Games has also created a Limited Edition of Blazing Strike, bringing with it a full-color 112-page art book, a CD soundtrack, and a set of collectible character cards that feature the roster of fighters.
