In order to buy Nature Mints, you will need to make it to the Battle Tower. Battle Tower is up at the very top of the map and you need to beat the game to access it.
There is a vendor there who will sell the Nature Mints for 50 BP each. To get BP you have to fight in the Battle Tower and Rank up there. Each of these cost 50 BP each, so you are in for a grind here. Just be sure you know which Pokemon you want to raise with this, or else you’ll have to buy more.
