How To Smash Rocks In Pokemon Legends Arceus

Breaking rocks in Pokemon Legends Arceus will take a certain kind of Pokemon. You will need a Rock Pokemon to get it done. Your best bet is to get a Geodude since they pop up early. Geodude can smash rocks if you toss it out at the rock. I have to assume other Rock type can do it as well, I just haven’t tested it yet.

You will have to break some rocks to reveal new areas and to get new quests. You can find a Geodude in the Obsidian Fieldlands. They spawn in multiple areas around there, but you’ll have to cross that bridge after getting to rank 2 to find them. The path leading up to the camp site past that is where you can find a few Geodudes hanging out. You can fight them or sneak up and catch them with Pokeballs.

There is a rock in the Obsidian Highlands that will lead to some other Pokemon. The tunnel also has some ore and materials for making Poke balls and Feather balls.
