If you have visited your local Pokemon Center and cannot buy Great Balls or Ultra Balls, there’s a solution.Each time you get a new Gym Badge, return to the Pokemon Center and speak with the NPC there. They will tell you that you have unlocked new items after successfully getting a new gym badge. Simply progress past the first 4-5 gyms and you should unlock and be able to buy both Ultra and Great Balls.
