You must meet a number of conditions for Sneasel to evolve into Weavile. Firstly it must be a high enough level, which is easy enough. Then, when it levels, it must be night time, again, easy enough. However, the final stage is where the problems come into play.Sneasel needs to be holding a Razor Claw. A Razor Claw is a special item that can be purchased from the Battle Points Store. Unfortunately, you cannot earn Battle Points until you have completed the entire game. That includes all gym leaders and the final battle against the Champion. Only then can you enter Battle Tower and earn BP to buy yourself a Razor Claw.
