You want to head to the Conuco region, it’s in the very South East corner of the map. There is a military camp here, in an old abandoned theme park. There are only a few guards, so it’s easy to take out. Once you’ve taken the camp you will see a huge helicopter in the center of the game, this baby has rockets and machine guns. Then, simply get in the vehicle, take off slightly, and then land again. This will register as you returning the vehicle to a garage and it will be saved.
