You can find another of Lorenzo’s Children at this location, it’s Riel. Speak to the people here and then smell the flower. Follow Riel’s mirages and then speak to her at the end to give her the letter.

Follow the river all the way down to this location and you will see the statue on the riverside. Pet the dog. It will lead you to Maricela. Deliver the bad news and move on, quickly.

This is another outside the Sierra Perdida region. You need to travel to Concepcion, it’s on the East coast of Conuco. There’s the exact buildings from the picture at this location. When you find the first heart, go up the stairs and climb a ladder, you’ll see another heart. Then take the zipline across and run forward, you’ll see another heart. Climb the ladder next to that. When you climb onto the roof look to the right for the two birds shaped like a heart.

Head towards that, then you will see another heart on a distant wall directly ahead. Climb the stairs near the treasure icon, take a right to the heart, you will see two more hearts ahead. Then you’ll find the final child, Xiomara.
