When you first start Pokemon Legends Arceus you can only craft at crafting stations found in town and at camps. A short while into the main story, you’re given a crafting kit. This lets you craft in the field, however, you can only use materials that are currently in your bag. Using regular crafting stations allows you to use materials and ingredients for recipes that you have in storage.
