When you send Leaders out to complete missions, they automatically take Recruits with them. Once a mission timer has rundown, you return to the Los Bandidos Board to make decisions on how the team will execute your orders. Certain orders will cost Recruits, other times, failing certain orders will have Recruits killed. It’s essentially the same thing, Recruits act as a HP resource during the Los Bandidos missions.

How To Get More Recruits For Los Bandidos In Far Cry 6

The second, faster and more reliable way, is to take down Military Targets such as FNB Bases. FNB Bases often have a large unit defending, alarms, air support, they can be tough if not well prepared. However, you will often find that you get 3, 5, even 10+ Recruits for taking down these bases.

You can greatly increase the amount of recruits received by upgrading the Bandidos Camp at your hideout. This also increases the amount of Recruits earned for vandalizing signs, and unlocks the ability to earn recruits through the Special Ops co-op missions, which is an infinite resource of Recruits.

• Recruits act as HP when sending out Leaders to do Los Bandidos missions
• When certain choices fail or the mission fails, you can lose Recruits
• When a Recruit dies, it is lost for good
• New Recruits can be found when exploring the game world, looking for prisoners (blue dots) and free them
• The fastest way to get new recruits is military targets, especially FND bases, these often reward 5-10+ Recruits each time
