Where To Find Mamutito’s Tusk In Far Cry 6
You can find Mamutito at the location marked on the map above. It’s on the starting island, so you can actually track down and take this beast down very early, if you’re prepared. Depending on the difficulty you’re playing on, it can be a tough fight.There are several boards in the area with Mamutito but they don’t pose much of a threat if you are smart. Stand on the ridges overlooking Mamutito’s Glen and you’ll be able to pick most of them off without even entering the arena. There is an enclosed area, a grassy mound that shields Mamutito from attacks from outside the area, but a simple molotov or other explosive weapon – enough to damage Mamutito, will be enough to get her out of there.
You don’t have to worry about using specific weapons to get the tusks. Anything works, once it’s dead you are automatically given the tusks, so you don’t have to worry about damaging the meat or anything like you normally do with hunting regular animals in Far Cry 6.
Simply defeat Mamutito, claim the tusk, and return to any Hunting Lodge to craft the first piece of the primal set, the Primal Mask.
