As is traditional in Assassin’s Creed games, Assassin’s Creed Origin features the vast majority of content and side quests on the map. This side quest is on the island near Yuma, the one with the Fast Travel point. It’s only available to collect during the night. This quest is level 17 but it’s mostly an interaction quest. On the island, use your sense to locate yellow interaction points. Interact with each of them to complete this ruin.
The next part is in another Loot Treasure spot, the Shrine of Serapis. This is in Kanopos Nome. On the Northern most island. Head there, use your senses to find all the clues. I accidentally skipped the other clues as I found the final destination before the other shrines. It doesn’t have any real negative impact on skipping the others so head to the location marked below:
At the North entrance to the ruins there is a scorpion painted on the wall. Discover that to investigate the ruins and complete the quest.
Alexandria Region Side Quests

Then head to the actors house and speak with the actor there before killing all the guards. This is a group of about 8 around the level 20 region. Possible at 17 but tough. Return to Phanos to get your reward.

This is after you complete the story mission The Final Weighing. It’s a short walk North East of Cyrene’s Fast Travel point. You will need to search the Craftmans District to find Simonides. Isolated Desert Region Side Quests
Plight Of The Rebels
You can find this quest in the small town of Remetch Ra. Head inside the rebel camp and speak with the lady surrounded by the children. You will then need to travel North East to find the Rebel Prisoners and set them free. Once they are free, follow them away from the camp and speak with them. You will then follow one of the rebels to Alexander’s Temple. Investigate the area for the initial clues and then use Senu to find the hidden entrance to the inside of the tomb. Once inside you’ll have to clear a group of snakes to free the child. You now have two additional objectives. You need to save a rebel child and assassinate a leader. All objectives you’ve done before.
Miscellaneous Side Quests
Phylakes Prey
You obtain this side quest after you defeat a Phylake in combat. You obtain an Assassination Contract that unlocks the mission. It’s suggested level 40. There are a total of 10 Phylakes that patrol around Egypt. They range in levels, with the highest being level 40. You are able to take down all 10 of them from level 36 and up. It’s not a difficult quest but if you need help check out our Phylakes guide for tips on killing them. Once you’ve killed all 10 you will need to travel to Yw Huts on the East side of Herakleion Nome to complete the final stages of the quest.

I have 2 additional quests on my list for a total of 127. 19 What’s Yours is Mine and 38 My Brother for a horse
it was a lot of typing. I may have just missed those 2. I have them on my quest list in game. I’m at 125 quests total. I finally have all the achievements. I don’t have all the skills yet and am at 99%. Some achievement I didn’t get until my 2nd run through.
Your quest list actually says 127 on it? not doubting you, just want to verify.
I have 126 quests completed on my list, now to try to find out what I missed. ?
126? I wonder what I missed. At least now I know there is at least one more to find. There may be 127 total, but still not sure. Thanks for the replay. BTW, are you including the Trial of the Gods?
No that one doesn’t seem to show up in my list of completed quests even though I killed Anubis twice. I think the quests the little boy who trades the expensive goods and carbon crystals might count but not sure. Will have to find him and check, I can’t see any side quests left on my map so a bit at a loss where to find no:127 ?
the little boy’s quest are dailies and definitely do not show up. Camel bazaar kid, right?
Yes that’s the one. I think I might have found the discrepancy. Did you get the Deluxe edition? That has teo extra quests “Ambush at sea” & “The secrets of the first pyramids”. I didn’t buy the deluxe edition but I did buy the deluxe pack which gave me “Ambush at sea” but it didn’t give me the pyramid one so perhaps that’s why some have 125, and others have 126 or 127 quests??
That could be it. I did the pre-order thing, but haven’t bought anything else yet. After this weekend, I’m buying the season pass. Thanks for the input. Now I can stop wracking my brain and get back to my 3rd run through. This time… no chest looting til 40 and no killing phylakes on horse back. So far, it’s been tougher, but not too bad. Chest loot levels with you, so should give me lots of cash for the xp things at the end.
Yes so can I, I think I was going cross-eyed trying to spot a missed quest?. I pre-ordered then got the season pass etc. I am loving this game, best Assassin’s Creed yet I think. ? ?
I agree. Sadly lacking in good sea battles, but you can’t have Black Flag in everything =)
I noticed no one has listed “Medjay Quest—General Issue” the quest that gives the Legendary Compendium Shield
Turns out there are 127 quests, if you have all the add ons. The three most commonly missed are: “The Bride” in Faiyam just west a Wadjet’s Burrow. “Loose Cargo” picked up and completed immediately in Herakleion Nome on the west side at one of the “loot treasure” spots. You’ll here in yelling for help from a cage. And “What’s yours is mine” in Giza below the fast travel on the pyramid. Bayek says, “Who would set up camp here” or something like that. The last one starts a chain that you only get if you pre-ordered the game.
with the two add-ons shouldnt it be 128?
I am now showing 129 completed quests. I have the pre-order and season pass.
Are in the 129 the two new quests?
One of the pre order dlc isn’t a sidequest, so that’s why it is 127 quests apparently
I bought that $10 upgrade to deluxe. The 2 new quests that took me to 129 are… A Gift From the Gods and Here Comes a New Challenger. So.. it’s still 125 basic quests. And 1 quest from pre-order, 1 from deluxe edition and 2 from DLC.
the 1 from pre order is the secret from pyramids and ambush at sea is from the deluxe edition right?
right. and not really worth 10 bucks for one way easy sea mission
what is the one from the deluxe edition?
Ambush at Sea.
Thanks for helping me!
